Tim Finch is a writer and campaigner. His novel The House of Journalists was published in 2013. He contributed to the acclaimed anthology A Country of Refuge in 2016 and was a writer on the major documentary feature Human Flow, directed by the artist and activist Ai Weiwei, and released in 2017.
Tim is the founder director of Sponsor Refugees, the Citizens UK Foundation for community sponsorship of refugees. He is a former director at the think tank IPPR and the Refugee Council and is the founding chair of the migration and arts charity Counterpoints Arts. Tim started his career as a journalist with the BBC, working mainly at Westminster.
Tim is a member of the Peckham community sponsorship group.
