MyRaynesPark Festival is a community arts festival for the residents of SW20. We’ve now been running for seven years and have brought comedy, art, music, drama, poetry and family fun to our local town!
Organised by Raynes Park Community Church and with support from other local groups we are a non-profit making organisation.
Celebration – every year we have some kind of party!
Inclusivity – over 90% of our events are free and open to all. We also organise a wide variety of events with access points for all.
Creativity – not only do we have world class performers but there are plenty of opportunities for local residents to get involved.
Family – we put on intergenerational events.
Community – we seek to bring the community together and promote local groups that run throughout the year to a wider network. Local groups who work with us include; the Community Art Group at Love & Dye, Raynes Park Library, Jigsaw Players and many more.
Justice – promote social justice issues, previously including; Refugee Week and anti-trafficking in the borough of Merton.
The MyRaynesPark Festival main sponsor is Merton Council. See our Sponsors & Partners page for more info on the churches and local business sponsors who help make the festival happen.
